Get Subtitles

Does anyone have or know where to download english subtitles of movies?

I am looking for english subtitles to the japanese movie 'Love my life' and the chinese movie 'Spider Lilies'. I have downloaded the movies in dvd rip form but no subtitles come with them. I am really looking forward to understanding the movies especially the japanese movie. Please kindly tell me where can i find these subtitles. I have tried searching on many subtitles site but to no avail. dont bother answering if you are just going to lecture on the rights and wrongs of downloading a movie. in other words, dun try to 'lecture' to earn 2 pts!
