Get Subtitles

is there a video editor that can get rid of subtitles in a video?

i have some tv episodes but for some reason they have chinese subtitles but english audio so I wanted to edit it out, anone know how to do that I'm pretty sure that they are engrained in the video there is no extra file, its just the video file itself with freekin chinese subtitles

1. there should be extra files in the folder that your tv episodes are kept.....just delete them & they should be gone. gl & peace! .
2. as i know Light Allow can do that.
